The intro course offered a reflection of the "find/fill a need" paradigm in a way I had not experienced or been able to articulate before. Not only does the ABSD approach invite me to engage my community in ways that will bring greater health - but it also relieves ME of the pressure I would usually put on myself to "help" the people I care for in ways I ASSUME they need "helped." So excited to be part of this growing community that is learning how to relate to themselves and others with a more abundant mindset.

Ericka's ability to articulate something so foreign to many in church ministry is remarkable. ABSD can enable Pastoral leaders to live a more integrated life without sacrificing their families on the altar of ministry. An ABSD approach allows Pastors to do all the things that they wished they could do but were too busy to explore. This course is not just for Pastors. It is for those at every level of their faith who simply want to take part in what God is doing in their midst. I highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to be good news to their neighborhoods.

Reminded me of many of the concepts that I have learned over the course of 50 years of ministry. God has gifted his people for the task of the ministry to which he has consigned them. Thanks for you insights.

I found the ABSD approach to be creative and empowering. I love the fact that it assumes God has already provided what you need for the work God has called you to. I also really appreciate the combination of strategic leadership and pastoral sensibilities that Ericka brings. Loved it!
