Hi, I’m Ericka Henry. I’m a church planter and missional network leader helping learners and leaders across the nation move beyond the burnout cliff and discover unexpected abundance in their lives and communities. My asset-based spiritual development (ABSD) paradigm translates research-backed economic and psychological development paradigms into personal and organizational spheres. I’ve helped pastors, leaders, teams, and individuals through compassionate accompaniment, incisive coaching, and tested, principle-based systems that sustain personal and communal transformation in the real world— and I can’t wait to do the same for you.

Over the span of 12-months, I'll accompany you through a series of 1:1 coaching sessions, conduct personal and organizational assessments, and create ABSD skill-building opportunities unique to your leadership context. You'll leave your coaching experience with a custom ABSD Strategic Plan, Organizational Asset Map, and the skills you need to do asset-based leadership for the long haul.
